Cancellation and Refund Policy
Individual Bookings
If you need to cancel your course booking, please notify AFP as soon as possible.
The following cancellation charges will apply:
- Less than 4 weeks before the course start date: No refund will be issued, and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
- Between 4 and 8 weeks before the course start date: A 50% cancellation fee will apply, and 50% of the course fee will be refunded.
- More than 8 weeks before the course start date: A full refund will be issued.
Multiple Delegate Bookings
A maximum of four delegates may be booked onto the same course by a single organisation.
Where three or more delegates are booked on the same course, and a cancellation is requested less than 16 weeks before the course start date, AFP will provide a refund of 50% of the applicable course fees.
As a not-for-profit organisation, AFP relies on confirmed delegate numbers to ensure courses remain commercially viable and can proceed for the benefit of all participants.
Delegate Substitutions
AFP may, at its discretion, allow a booked delegate to be substituted by another individual from the same organisation prior to the course start date, provided sufficient notice is given.
Course Cancellation by AFP
AFP reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule a course where circumstances require. In such cases, delegates will be offered either:
- A full refund of fees paid; or
- A transfer to a future course date.
AFP shall not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other consequential costs incurred by delegates.
