Who We Are
The Association of Fleet Professionals Limited (AFP) provides education, training, professional development, membership services and industry support for fleet professionals.
Information We Collect
We may collect personal details, account information, training records, LMS activity, assessment results, certification records, billing information, and technical usage data.
How We Use Information
To administer accounts, deliver courses, track progress, issue certificates, process purchases, communicate with users, improve services, and comply with legal obligations.
LMS Provider
AFP uses LearnUpon as its Learning Management System provider. Learner information and training records may be processed and stored within LearnUpon for course delivery and administration.
Payments
Payments may be made through Stripe, by invoice, or by direct bank card payment. AFP does not store full payment card details. Payment information is processed securely through applicable payment processing services.
Sharing Information
Data may be shared with LearnUpon, Stripe, certification bodies, professional advisers, hosting providers, and authorities where legally required. AFP does not sell personal data.
Data Retention
Training records may be retained to verify qualifications. We may retain financial records for up to six years, in line with legal obligations.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent where applicable under UK GDPR.
Complaints
If you have concerns about how your personal data has been handled, please contact AFP first so we can try to resolve the matter. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
