In the UK, fear of public speaking ranks just behind the fear of spiders. Whilst we cannot help with the latter, this program is designed to help you speak up with confidence and clarity, so you can share your knowledge, ideas, and experiences. Even if you don’t have a full-blown phobia, many people find presenting difficult – whether it’s one-on-one, in team meetings, boardrooms, conferences, or virtual settings – and it can hold back your career.
